Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct in-depth analysis of cost structures to identify opportunities for optimization.
* Develop and implement robust cost accounting systems and procedures.
* Provide regular reports on cost variances, trends, and key performance indicators.
* Collaborate with supply chain teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
* Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate favourable terms to optimize procurement costs.
* Develop strategies to mitigate supply chain risks and disruptions.
* Work closely with finance teams to develop accurate financial forecasts and budgets.
* Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making processes.
* Conduct scenario analyses to assess the impact of various financial and operational strategies.
* Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
* Prepare and submit accurate financial reports to internal and external stakeholders.
* Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations.
Qualifications include being a Qualified Accountant, having proven experience in cost accounting and supply chain management, preferably in a multinational environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across diverse teams.
