Role Overview
The Senior Hospitality Coordinator is a critical member of our team responsible for managing the planning process and ensuring every detail aligns with client expectations.
You will be the first point of contact for all event enquiries, supporting and guiding colleagues while driving new business opportunities and contributing to departmental targets.
About the Role:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and conversion targets.
* Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Manager to drive business growth and improve hotel standards.
* Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure seamless event execution.
* Be proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, productivity, and revenue growth.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role within hospitality.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* High-level administrative and organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
* Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
* A collaborative team player who can also lead and motivate others.
