We are looking for an experienced Outsourcing & Third-Party Lead to develop, implement and oversee Monzo's third-party and outsourcing activities in Europe. The Outsourcing & Third-Party Lead is responsible for overseeing the outsourcing framework, ensuringpliance with regulatory requirements and managing both intra-group and external third-party service providers. This role involves developing and implementingernance structures, mitigating risks, and optimising third-party relationships to drive operational efficiency and strategic value. This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer, Monzo Europe.
You'll play a key role by...
1. Leading the development and maintenance of Monzo's outsourcing and third-party risk management framework, ensuring stringentpliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
2. Overseeing the full lifecycle of outsourcing arrangements, including due diligence, contract negotiations, performance monitoring, and contract termination processes
3. Acting as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and third-party service providers, drivingmercial value through strategic negotiations and strong partnerships
4. Managing the outsourcing register, and maintaining a meticulous record of all intra-group and external third-party arrangements
5. Collaborating with Legal, Risk &pliance, and Group teams to establish and maintain robust controls and contractual protections

6. You have considerable experience in outsourcing, vendor management, risk management, orpliance, preferably within a regulated industry
7. You possess strong knowledge of outsourcing regulations, third-party risk management frameworks, and regulatory expectations
8. You excel in contract negotiation, risk assessment, andernance frameworks
9. You have a keen eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills, allowing you to manage multiple outsourcing relationships with ease
10. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about financial technology, motivated by the opportunity to be at the forefront of banking transformation in Ireland and the EU
