Job Overview
The Shipping & Logistics Co-ordinator role requires planning and coordinating the shipping schedule for the week, mentoring the shipping team, and maintaining expertise in SAP modules.
* Mentor and coach the shipping team to enhance their technical skills and ensure consistent team performance.
* Develop and maintain strong expertise in Warehouse Management, Inventory Control, Shipping and Fulfilment Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Planning, Finance, Quality Assurance, and Transport teams.
* Prioritize daily/weekly shipment of Finished Goods to Europe and China Distribution, ensuring accurate documentation and transactions.
