About the role
We are seeking a proactive and organised
People Experience Coordinator
to support employee engagement and internal communications across the business.
This hands-on role will focus on delivering engaging initiatives, supporting company events and ensuring clear, timely communication to create a positive and connected workplace.
This is a part-time position, working hours are Monday to Friday 10-2 pm.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement (Primary Focus)
Coordinate engagement initiatives aligned to business priorities and survey outcomes
Support wellbeing, culture, recognition and inclusion activities
Plan and deliver employee events, town halls and internal campaigns
Drive participation and gather employee feedback
Track engagement metrics (attendance, participation, feedback)
Provide general HR administrative support as required
Internal Communications (Supporting Focus)
Draft and publish internal communications (email, intranet, etc.)
Support delivery of HR and business updates in a clear, engaging way
Maintain content calendars and communication schedules
Create visual materials (Canva, PowerPoint)
Ensure communications are accurate, consistent and delivered on time
General Support
Support HR projects and initiatives
Build strong relationships across teams
Manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
About You
Must have experience in employee engagement, HR, communications and events coordination
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Excellent written communication and attention to detail
Comfortable using Microsoft 365, Canva and content platforms
Proactive, solutions-focused and people-oriented
Professional, approachable and able to build strong relationships
Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality (GDPR awareness)
