As we continue our journey toward becoming Ireland's most trusted and sustainable business, we have an exciting opportunity for a successful candidate to join our team as Stock Controller in our Waterford MarketPlace.
What you'll be doing:
Role Purpose:
To maintain overall stock integrity of the depot through regular monitoring of stocks. Carryout scheduled and unscheduled stock counts to ensure the stocks reflecting on the system match the actual inventory. Investigate and root cause any losses and provide feedback to ensure possibility of reoccurrence can be minimized. Monitoring and fixing of negative stocks on daily basis and suggesting the root cause to ensure online customers get the best possible availability. Preventing stockloss by highlighting and possible fixing of errors and system issues e.g, Duplicate Barcode, etc. Organize and execute the Biannual Stock takes with the help of line Manager. Fix any stock discrepancies as reported. Assist team with any stock related queries.

* On going review of the stock/cycle counts
* Maintain all reports and supporting documents for internal/external stock audits.

Experience, Skills And Education
Experience:
* Experience of Warehouse Management Stock Systems and general computer skills would be a distinct advantage.
* Proven track record in achieving KPI's
* Possess excellent communication skills
