Detailed Job Description (Roles & Responsibilities)
* Lead end-to-end implementation and support activities for
IFS Cloud
, specifically in
Project Management
and
Document Management
modules.
* Drive solution design, conduct requirement workshops, and translate business needs into system configurations and functional specifications.
* Provide expert guidance on IFS Cloud best practices, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions.
* Manage stakeholder communication, present solutions, and handle client expectations in a client-facing environment.
* Identify gaps, propose enhancements, and support customizations in coordination with technical teams.
* Lead the project track, manage functional streams, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
* Conduct user training, UAT support, issue resolution, and documentation of functional processes.
* Work closely with Telecom domain teams to align IFS Cloud functionalities with industry-specific business processes.
* Provide ongoing production support, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvements.
