 
        
        Part-time: 20 hours per week (flexible hours/days to suit the successful candidate, must be in-house)
Pay: From €20/hour to €25/hour, negotiable depending on experience Start Date: December
Requirements
 * Working knowledge of SageCloud (Accounting and Payroll) programs
 * Proven ability to accurately manage payroll, including tracking and processing sick leave, annual leave, and statutory entitlements
 * Proficient in Excel
 * Minimum 5 years experience in a similar bookkeeping role
 * High level of IT skills
 * Excellent communication and interpersonnal skills
 * Flexibility and strong attention to detail
Responsibilities
 * Run payroll accurately and submit to ROS, ensuring all leave entitlements (sick/annual) are correctly managed and recorded
 * Prepare and submit VAT and PAYE returns
 * Perform regular bank reconciliations
 * Reconcile purchase and supplier invoices
 * Process and reconcile PRSI and HSE claims
 * Maintain organised filing and archiving systems
 * Assist the accountant with the end-of-year audit
 * Communicate professionally with suppliers via phone and email
