Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a clear strategic vision for growth and market leadership, monitoring industry trends and translating plans into Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Operational Excellence: Oversee all operations, ensuring efficient processes, quality, customer satisfaction, health & safety, and regulatory compliance.
* Financial Performance: Drive financial accountability, manage budgets and forecasts, ensure accurate reporting, implement cost efficiencies, and oversee pricing for commercial clients.
* Team Leadership and Development: Lead and inspire a 25-person team, fostering a positive culture, developing talent, and promoting effective communication.
* Cultivate key relationships: Drive a customer-centric approach, identify new business opportunities, oversee sales/marketing, and represent the company in the industry.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven senior leadership experience (MD, GM, or similar) in a technical services or engineering SME environment or Business Unit Leader in a Large Organization.
* Strongly prefer experience in HVAC, refrigeration, sustainable heating & cooling, or related building technologies.
* Strong financial acumen (budgeting, reporting, profitability).
* Demonstrated strategic planning and growth experience.
* Excellent leadership, operational, communication, negotiation, and commercial skills.
* Relevant third-level qualification (business, engineering, or related); Chartered status preferred.
