Overview
Nucleo is seeking a PMO Analyst. The successful candidate will play a critical role to support Project, Program or Portfolio Managers and their teams in the delivery of multiple projects. The position will include the coordination, planning, control, reporting and analysis of delivery projects as well as supporting the Head of PS with PMO initiatives.
Responsibilities
* Program and Project Support: Maintain and update project plans, provide progress updates, and support reporting.
* PMO Processes: Align with and support the PMO\'s processes and procedures.
* RAID Management: Manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Decisions, Dependencies), and other information relevant to the PMO.
* Reporting: Deliver coherent and consistent reporting of project progress and generate project status reports for stakeholders and senior management.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with project teams, senior management, and other stakeholders.
* Continuous Improvement: Contribute to identifying and implementing improvements in PMO processes and practices.
* Financial Management: Support cost management, forecasting, and tracking of project budgets.
* Resource Management: Assist with resource allocation and tracking.
* Project Control: Utilise project control solutions and tools.
Requirements
* NetSuite SuiteProjects experience: Hands on experience of Suite Projects.
* Project Management Knowledge: Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) and PM tools.
* Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze project data, identify trends, and provide insights.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging stakeholders and presenting complex information.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues, and provide solutions.
* Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* PMO Experience: Experience working in a busy PMO environment, ideally with a focus on IT projects or programs.
