Digital Transformation Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of IT and digital transformation projects across internal, customer-facing, and regulated industry systems.
We are seeking an experienced project manager to join our technology function. This role plays a central role in the regulation of digital services and is expanding its remit under new EU legislation covering cybersecurity, data infrastructure, and digital accessibility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the delivery of IT and digital transformation projects.
* Define technical requirements and functional specs in collaboration with business stakeholders.
* Oversee user acceptance testing and ensure quality assurance throughout project lifecycles.
* Manage third-party service providers, track SLAs, and monitor delivery performance.
* Drive improvements in project methodology, tools, and documentation practices.
* Contribute to process mapping and business analysis across key internal functions.
* Support public procurement processes and manage contract lifecycles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree in IT, computer science, or a related technical field.
* Recognised project management certification (Agile, PMP, Prince2).
* 3+ years of experience delivering IT projects, ideally in a complex or regulated environment.
* Strong skills in systems integration, stakeholder management, and UAT coordination.
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across cross-functional teams.
