Team and opportunity:
Our SAP practice is experiencing an exciting period of growth. You will become a key member of our SAP team, focusing primarily on the delivery of SAP services to multiple large clients implementing SAP S/4HANA. Your secondary focus will be on support and broader practice development, helping develop high‑performing individuals and teams, and leading and supporting them to deliver exceptional client services.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate design workshops to gain a clear understanding and help gather our client’s industry and business requirements.
* Designing and configuring appropriate best practice solutions to meet client requirements including for example:
o Master Data (Business Partners, Dangerous Goods, Transportation Networks, Resources, etc.)
o Order Management integration with Sales & Distribution / Materials Management covering freight units, freight orders etc.
o Planning profiles and schedules, Carrier selection to Shipment proposals
o Financial integration for areas like Freight settlement, Cost distribution, etc.
o Experience of supporting integrations with other SAP modules like Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, Extended Warehouse Management, and integration to third‑party systems.
o Producing key project deliverables including design and configuration documentation, functional specs, data migration specs, test scripts, training materials etc.
o Data migration support as required.
o Executing integration testing and supporting other testing activities such as UAT or performance testing.
o Learning about accelerators such as SAP Model Company or EY’s Pre‑Configured Industry Solutions.
o Supporting the planning and management of client projects throughout all phases – Prepare, Explore, Realise‑Build, Realise‑Test, and Deploy.
o Sharing knowledge of best practice within the SAP team and across other firm disciplines, and developing other members of the SAP team.
o Supporting the development of the SAP practice, including leading internal team activities, supporting sales activities and facilitating client events.

To qualify for the role you must have
* A third level qualification in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or relevant experience related to the position.
* 7+ years of experience delivering SAP Transportation Management with a proven track record of successful implementations and support, including at least 2 years in a similar consulting role.
* Experience with, or demonstrable understanding of, SAP Logistics S/4HANA best practice processes, key benefits, and implementation scenarios.
* Proven experience in designing and configuring SAP Logistics processes – including SAP TM design and configuration and integration with other third‑party systems.
* Proven track record of delivering SAP Transportation Management solutions either embedded or standalone.lse
* Strong ability to lead, mentor and motivate teams, adopting a collaborative and supportive approach.
* Proven ability to build and leverage relationships with senior‑level clients.
Ideally, you’ll also have
* Relevant SAP certifications in Transportation Management or related modules.
