, is seeking a
Senior Process Engineer
to support ongoing growth and innovation within its
injection molding
operations.
This is a key technical role focused on
process optimization
,
new product introduction
, and continuous improvement across tooling, automation, and production.
Responsibilities
Lead process development for new and existing tooling
Optimize manufacturing using SPC and DOE techniques
Troubleshoot production issues and implement improvements
Collaborate cross-functionally and support training initiatives
Maintain documentation in line with ISO **** and ISO ***** standards
Liaise with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Plastics Engineering
4–5+ years' experience in injection molding (medical, packaging, or tech industries preferred)
Strong knowledge of tooling, automation, and multi-component molding
Proficient in SPC, DOE, lean tools (WCM, SMED, JIT, Kaizen)
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects
