An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Generalist with a strong background in recruitment within a leading organisation based in Cork.
The primary purpose of the role will be to support the wider HR team with recruitment and day-to-day HR Operations.
Key Responsibilities include: Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process in full.
Review current recruitment process to embed in HR ATS system and ensure it is leveraged end to end for any vacancy.
Alignment of contracts in place with external recruitment agencies and of the Job advert formatting.
Onboarding and integrating new employees into the organization, encompassing orientation and ongoing support.
Onboarding of any external agencies to ensure they are set-up in ATS and submit candidates via the system.
Training needs mapping, supporting and co-ordinating with line management.
Training management via learning management system (assignment of trainings, creation of items or classes and upload of training hours).
Responsible for weekly payroll processes by ensuring accurate recording of employee hours, leave, and other payroll-related information, including month end process and reporting.
Adopting positive employee relations, promoting employee involvement, commitment, and engagement within the organization.
Support the line management team in matters of industrial relations concerns with employees, fostering a climate of mutual co-operation.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
Assist with the organization of employee engagement activities and events.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Experience Required: Third level degree qualified, CIPD Accredited.
Proven track record working in a similar HR Generalist role Background in Manufacturing desirable but not mandatory.
