Arekibo is seeking a proactive and data-driven Lead Generation & Nurturing Specialist to support our growth in the digital technology and web services sector. The ideal candidate will identify, qualify, and nurture prospects who can benefit from Arekibo's expertise in digital strategy, experience design, and web technology and management solutions. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales, driving pipeline growth by combining research, strategic outreach, and intelligent automation.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales engagement process
* Secure introductory meetings between qualified prospects and Arekibo's account team, and manage the engagement process and advance sales opportunities.
* Market & Prospect Research
* Identify high-potential organisations and decision-makers within target industries (e.g. enterprise, public sector, finance) using a range of tools, industry databases, and digital market insights.
* CRM Management
– Manage our HubSpot CRM with accurate company and contact data, ensuring complete visibility into all prospect interactions.
* Outbound Engagement
- Execute personalised outreach via email, phone, and digital channels to start conversations with potential clients interested in Arekibo's web and digital solutions.
* Lead Qualification
- Evaluate prospects based on fit, need, and readiness to ensure only high-quality opportunities reach the sales team.
* Lead Nurturing
- Develop and manage multi-step nurture campaigns that share valuable thought leadership, case studies, and insights to build trust and guide leads through the digital buyer journey.
* Sales & Marketing Alignment
* Collaborate closely with digital marketing and business development teams to refine buyer personas, optimise messaging, and coordinate handoffs to account directors.
* Email Marketing
– Manage the email marketing planning and evolution from prospect to client
* Performance Tracking
- Measure and report on key KPIs such as conversion rates, engagement metrics, and qualified lead volume to continuously improve pipeline efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Experience
* 2–3 years of experience in a lead generation, sales development, or digital marketing support role, preferably within a web, technology, or professional services environment.
* Patience & Nuturing
– Ability to plan and manage a sustainable sales strategy that will require patience, creativity, and brass neck to build a long-term pipeline.
* Communication
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft relevant, persuasive outreach aligned to Arekibo's digital transformation offering.
* Technical Proficiency
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (we use HubSpot) and our lead generation partner and tools.
* Analytical Mindset
- Strong ability to analyse engagement data and market trends to refine targeting and campaign effectiveness.
* Attention to Detail
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns and leads simultaneously, ensuring a consistent and high-quality prospect experience.
* Collaborator
– Comfortable working effectively across teams, sharing insights and contributing to an improved performance and sales culture.
* Education
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
* Dublin-based
– This is a hybrid role, but you must be able to meet at our Dublin office on a weekly basis to meet with the sales team.
