Job Description

As a seasoned leader, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the culture and success of your team. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will be responsible for leading hotel operations effectively, ensuring strategic growth, high-performance standards, and fostering a positive work environment. Your key duties and responsibilities will include managing multiple stakeholders within the hotel, overseeing hotel operations, and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding hospitality.

Additionally, you will possess strong operational knowledge with the ability to work across departments as needed. You will assist other managers with interviewing and recruitment, coach and train new employees, and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills.

* Lead and manage hotel operations effectively.
* Manage multiple stakeholders within the hotel.
* Oversee hotel operations, greet guests, and inspire the team to deliver exceptional hospitality.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* 3-4 years experience as a Deputy or Operations Manager in a large hotel.
* Strong desire to progress and develop your career in hotels.
* People leadership and motivation experience.
* Proven ability to develop talented employees.
* Strong communicator and comfortable in contributing to the overall hotel strategy.
