Global Compliance Specialist Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our compliance function, you will play a critical role in ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of integrity and compliance across all our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* SUPPORT LICENSOR INITIATED AUDITS: You will work closely with external auditors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth audit processes, including coordinating document collection, data validation, and scheduling.
* FACILITATE AUDIT FIELDWORK LOGISTICS: Your responsibilities will include arranging logistics for on-site audits, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and reviewed.
* ASSIST IN RESPONDING TO AUDITOR ENQUIRIES AND TRACKING AUDIT TIMELINES AND DELIVERABLES:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics.
Experience: 36 years in related analytical roles preferably within an international environment (plus). Analytical skills should be strong along with Advanced Excel skills required.
