About You Proven experience as a Site Manager preferably on commercial projects Strong leadership and organisational skills Excellent knowledge of Irish building regulations and H&S standards Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple work fronts Relevant construction qualification (Degree / Trade background advantageous) Key Responsibilities Overall site management and coordination of subcontractors Ensuring strict compliance with health & safety regulations Managing programme, quality control, and site documentation Liaising with the project team, consultants, and client representatives Monitoring progress and reporting to senior management For more information, please get in touch at
