Responsibilities:
* Provide expert clinical support and advice to community staff teams.
* Design and deliver clinical training (e.g., medication management, positive behaviour support).
* Support services in developing and implementing risk management and compliance strategies.
* Contribute to service planning and quality improvement.
* Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure effective healthcare support for service users.
Requirements:

1. A nursing degree and relevant training qualification (e.g., SAMs or similar).
2. Minimum 5 years' experience in disability services, including 2 years in management.
3. Strong knowledge of safeguarding, risk assessment, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., HIQA).
4. Excellent communication, leadership, and team-working skills.
5. A full clean driving licence and access to own transport is required.
