Irish Aviation leasing company with global reach are seeking aParalegal with experience in a fast-paced environment. You will need to have worked as a Legal Executive or Paralegal in any area of Banking, Finance or Aviation Finance in a Commercial Law Firm or Professional Services Firm. This role will be based out of their Ballsbridge Offices and support a team of Lawyers working on complex transactions. This role is not suitable for candidates pursuing FE1 examinations or a legal training contract. Duties in this role will include: Administration related to transaction documents through all transaction stages structuring, diligence, documentation and closing. Document management printing, scanning, preparation of bibles and binders of documents. Ensuring all deadlines are met and processes maintained in line with internal standards. Supporting in the maintenance of filing system. Filing of forms with CRO. Drafting primary transaction documents and enacting changes as required by Lawyers on the team. Preparation of project documentation. Updating project trackers and liaising with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are adhered to. Essential experience for this role; Minimum of 2 years working as a Legal Executive / Paralegal in a busy Corporate environment ideally in Financial Services and/or a Commercial Law firm. University degree in Law or Business Strong experience in working with commercial contracts, transaction documents, CRO requirements.
