Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Administrator Marketing to join our team. As an Administrator Marketing, you will be responsible for supporting the operations of the team, managing all back-office activities, and coordinating global inputs for monthly presentations.
Responsibilities:
* Support the operations of the team
* Manage all back-office activities
* Coordinate global inputs for monthly presentations
* Be responsible for Salesforce and other CRM management
* Coordinate case study approvals, internal and external
* Manage quarterly statistics and collateral updates
* Work cooperatively with teams and other corporate services
* Manage external supplier relationships
* Perform additional ad hoc responsibilities as they arise
Requirements:
* A strong analytical and process-driven approach
* Strong Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and database skills, focusing on financial and administrative functions
* Experience in financial management and reporting
* Experience in merchandise management and email management for a busy marketing team
* Excellent English skills (verbal and written)
