Lead Producer - 12 Months FTC Your team The Flutter Creative department provides marketing communications to the Sportsbook, Gaming, Retail and Brand Campaign marketing teams for Sky Bet, Sky Gaming, Paddy Power (Online Sky Bet, Sky Gaming, Paddy Power and Betfair.
Taking ownership for the commissioning and the logistic delivery of all the audio-visual assets for the campaign.
As an SME in production you will have knowledge on how to deliver a campaign that stretches across all channels and touchpoints, from largest brand TVC to a 6" Snapchat ad or Spotify ad.
What you'll do You will oversee the entire production process and be responsible for determining how the campaign is produced.
Working very closely with Creative, Motion, Brand, Digital and Media stakeholders to ensure that the proposed production solution meets all their requirements, is within budget and will be delivered on time.
Communicate and manage through to a point of resolution any required or unforeseen deviation; points of dispute; or misalignment from the production plan, working with the stakeholder group to detail the circumstances and minimise any impact.
Independently able to lead the in-house production of TV and Radio ads.
Co-ordinating motion designers, sound studio, clearance, clocking and delivery of final ads.
All whilst ensuring the appropriate sign-offs from creative, brand and compliance teams.
Organise and co-ordinate talent used, owning that relationship either directly or via agents.
Negotiate and document usage agreements, ensuring that all usage is up to date and paid on time.
You will be responsible for the management of production partners across filming, editing, 3d, animation, VFX, grading, voice over and sound design, giving creative input and direction when required.
How you'll do it You have previously worked for a number years in a Producer role.
Working on large scale TV productions with numerous and diverse deliverables.
As well as managing filming and production of videos for social and digital channels, knowing and applying the latest trends in best practices for the different platforms and creating videos to suit.
Experience and knowledge of advertising, and know what great campaign delivery looks like.
You motivate all the delivery teams to work at pace, with quality and deadlines at the forefront of their thinking.
Brilliant written and verbal communication, a confident presenter.
