Role Summary
The Office Administrator will play a central role in coordinating Solar PV projects, managing grant documentation, supporting engineers, and maintaining strong communication with clients.
You will be a key point of contact for customers and will ensure all project information, SEAI documentation, and scheduling activities are handled accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of SEAI Solar PV Grant applications, ensuring full compliance and accurate documentation
Prepare, organise, and update solar project files, site reports, and installation records
Assist with monthly internal reporting related to installation volumes, grants, and project progress
Coordinate O&M service visits and maintain tracking of warranty and maintenance contracts
Support engineers by preparing technical documentation and customer information packs
Assist with tender submissions and maintain organised tender documentation libraries
Handle inbound customer enquiries by phone and email, providing knowledgeable Solar PV-related support
Log, track, and update all customer appointment requests and project stages within internal systems
Schedule Solar PV sales consultations, site surveys, and installation dates
Maintain high standards of communication, customer service, and project accuracy
About You
Strong understanding of SEAI Solar PV Grants and associated documentation (required)
Excellent communication skills with a professional and confident phone manner
Highly organised and capable of managing multiple Solar PV projects at different stages
Comfortable in a fast-paced, technical work environment
Strong attention to detail, especially when handling grant files and technical documents
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and comfortable learning new systems
A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
Experience Required
Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative or sales support role
Direct, hands-on experience with SEAI Solar PV Grant applications (mandatory)
Experience in the renewable energy or Solar PV sector is strongly preferred
Excellent organisational, communication, and customer-service skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy operational environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €32,****** per year
Work Location: In person
