A leading multinational organisation with a strong and growing presence in Ireland is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join its Dublin-based finance function.
This is a broad, high-impact role within a fast-paced international business. The successful candidate will play a key role in financial reporting, compliance, business partnering, and driving operational excellence across regional operations.
The Role
Reporting to the Regional Finance Director, the Finance Manager will oversee core financial activities while supporting strategic planning and decision-making. You will operate in a matrix environment, partnering closely with both local and international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Lead month-end and quarter-end close processes
Prepare and review monthly management accounts
Ensure robust internal controls and governance frameworks
Maintain oversight of balance sheet integrity and working capital
Compliance & Statutory Reporting
Coordinate statutory financial statements and external audits
Manage tax compliance in collaboration with advisors
Ensure adherence to corporate and regulatory requirements
Business Partnering & FP&A
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles
Deliver insightful financial analysis to support commercial decision-making
Partner with operational and commercial teams to drive performance
Process Improvement & Systems
Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives
Support ERP and finance system enhancements
Strengthen reporting processes and financial efficiencies
About You
Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
5+ years’ post-qualification experience, ideally within a multinational environment
Strong technical accounting and financial reporting knowledge
Experience managing audits and statutory reporting
Advanced Excel skills and strong ERP exposure (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions
