Hybrid. We are seeking a talented, proactive recruiter to manage the recruitment of both high volume and specialist roles focussing on the delivery of a candidate centric, direct sourcing model. What will you be doing? End to end recruitment for both high volume (warehouse colleagues and drivers) and specialist roles.Providing full recruitment advice and support to the Hiring ManagersCreating compelling, accurate and inclusive job advertsProactive searching on internal database, job boards and Linkedin.CV sifting and screening suitable candidates to provide a relevant and diverse shortlist.Being the central point of contact for the candidates ensuring a clear line of communication throughout the candidate journeyAttending interviews and assessments as requiredWorking to recruitment KPI's and SLA'sSupport and coordinate career events both internally and externally.Partner with the business to develop an understanding of their business areas, challenges, future needs.Proactively building talent pools for key roles and skill setsAccurately updating the recruitment system and recruitment trackers to ensure accurate reporting.About You Previous recruitment experience, either agency or In-house from a fast-paced, multi-site organisationProven recruitment delivery for both high volume (Warehouse and Drivers) and more specialist rolesProven background in using various candidate attraction channels including Job Boards, Social Media, proactive searches, headhunting, job fairsMust have credibility working with key business decision-makers and HR colleaguesMust have the confidence to challenge and influence key business decision-makersExcellent communication skillsHigh attention to detail with excellent organisation and administrative skillsKnowledge of Irish Employment law essentialsAn understanding of recruitment systems, KPI's and reportingTo ApplyApply with your up-to-date CV via the links provided ASAP.DSV – Global transport and logistics Working at DSV means playing in a different league.
