Bouchon Naas - are currently recruiting for the position of Sous chef
We seek applications from ambitious candidates with a passion for all things food - and a drive to develop their skills and career within a strong business with a regular and loyal custom base
This position would suit applicants with quality restaurant experience - and May also suit a step up for experienced senior chef de parties or junior sous chefs with relevant skills and qualifications such as ;
⁃ A minimum of 5 years professional experience is required
⁃ you must Work well as a part of a team is a must
⁃ You must hold relevant permits to work in Ireland
⁃ Excellent hygiene awareness and training in haccp is required
⁃ The ability to manage the kitchen in the absence of the head chef will be a must - adequate training and support to do so will be provided .
⁃ Candidates should be able to demonstrate flair, creativity and be willing to collaborate with management to support the commercial aspect of the business .
⁃ Experience in working in fast paced, high quality restaurants will be a benefit
This is a full time roll - with a 4 day working week - that includes weekly weekend shifts .

Pay: €34,220.43-€47,591.73 per year
