Audit Semi Senior | BFCD Chartered Accountants and Registered Auditors
35 Hours per week
Location – Rathmines, Dublin 6
Minimum annual remuneration – €35,000 gross per annum

Our client, BFCD Chartered Accountants and Registered Auditors, a successful/ very reputable mid‑sized accountancy (circa 25 staff) firm based in Dublin South/ City, is currently seeking an Audit Semi Senior to join the team.
Reporting directly to the Audit Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the management existing clients, ensuring projects are completed on time/ to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Working on audit assignments across a broad portfolio of clients and industries, supporting the planning, execution, and completion of audits in line with professional and regulatory standards
Preparing statutory financial statements and management accounts under FRS 102 / FRS 105, with exposure to a range of entity types and ownership structures
Assisting with company secretarial matters, including statutory filings, maintenance of company records, and compliance with Companies Act requirements
Liaising directly with clients to gather information, resolve queries, and support the timely delivery of engagements
Supporting senior team members and managers on assignments, while developing technical knowledge and practical audit and accounting skills

About you
You will have 1/2 years' practice experience in a small to mid‑sized firm - with good knowledge of FRS 102/105
Have good practical experience using accounts production software and ROS
Committed to completing your professional exams – ACCA or ACA
