A career opportunity has arisen for Field Services Technicians based in Westmeath, Wicklow and Kilkenny.
Main tasks and responsibilities include:
Collect samples from multiple domestic sites and water treatment plants
Document on site data using handheld device
Meeting agreed targets for the number of samples collected per week
Accurately recording sample data in the field using the supplied resources
Transporting samples following correct procedures to designated location
Keep accurate records of samples collected and all relevant requirements
Communicate with the customer regarding sampling requirements
Adhere to specific protocol for entering premises and collecting samples
Adhere to all Health and Safety requirements including PPE usage
Communicate with customers, ensuring the site-specific protocol requirements are fully understood and are completed in a timely and efficient manner
Ensure resources and equipment are prepared, calibrated and ready for use
Adhere to the highest quality and technical standards at all stages of the process
Company vehicle provided.
Daily allowance in addition to salary.
Full training given.
Requirements:
Good Leaving Certificate.
Full clean driving licence
Good organisational and time management skills
Self-motivated and ability to work on own initiative
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good interpersonal skills and act with integrity
Previous driving experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Appointment to this role is subject to the candidate's eligibility to work in Ireland.
