Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager 3/PPIM to join our Community Residential Service in Limerick. As a Care Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
* Lead and manage a team ensuring delivery of high-quality care
* Oversight service compliance with HIQA standards
* Manage complex care needs & behaviours of concern
* Mentor & develop staff teams Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams & external agencies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. NMBI registration (RNID division)
2. Recognised management qualification Level 6 or equivalent)
