Job Summary
A highly skilled and proactive professional is sought to provide high-level support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive support, with a minimum of 5 years experience supporting C-suite or executive-level management.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, including diary management, travel coordination, and confidential correspondence.
* Organise and coordinate all board and committee meetings, including scheduling, agenda setting, and minute-taking.
* Prepare, format, and distribute meeting materials and reports to tight deadlines.
* Maintain accurate records of board activities and ensure compliance with governance best practices.
* Assist with administrative tasks, event coordination, and project tracking as required.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years experience in an executive support role supporting senior leaders.
* Proven experience managing meetings and producing professional materials.
* Exceptional organisational, communication, and time management skills.
* Discreet, professional, and able to handle sensitive information with integrity.
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
