Overview of the Role Location: Dublin or Cork (Must be flexible) Contract: Permanent Morgan McKinley are working with a leading insurance provider who are looking to hire a dynamic Sponsorship & Partnership Manager to reshape the overall sponsorship strategy and align it to the central brand. Seeking a senior leader to shape the strategy, performance, and value of all sponsorship and partnership activity. This role will drive measurable brand and business impact through high-value agreements, innovative activations, and loyalty-building initiatives. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Leadership: Develop and evolve the sponsorship and partnership strategy to grow brand relevance, audience connection, and commercial return. Embed activity across wider marketing and customer experience. Commercial Performance: Secure and manage high-value sponsorships, set ambitious KPIs, and deliver strong ROI. Conduct regular reviews to optimise performance and identify new opportunities. Team & Stakeholders: Lead and mentor a small team, while collaborating closely with senior stakeholders and external partners. Build strong relationships across agencies, industry bodies, and rights holders. Innovation & Events: Drive forward-thinking sponsorship activations and event experiences that achieve national visibility and deepen customer loyalty. Spot trends early and turn them into brand-defining opportunities. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 5+ years' experience in marketing management, sponsorship, or partnerships. Proven track record of securing and managing major sponsorships. Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and stakeholder management experience. Experience leading teams and delivering complex events. Strategic, creative, and data-driven approach with a passion for innovation. Measures of Success Growth in sponsorship ROI, brand equity, and customer retention. Strong integration of sponsorships into marketing campaigns and customer journeys. High-impact events and partnerships recognised at a national level. Development of a high-performing, motivated team.
