About The Role
Be part of the team that develops and manages products and services for institutional clients at Citco Fund Services.
As a Product Manager, you will support the Head of Product in developing new products and revenue opportunities for CFS / The Citco Group of Companies. The role supports the business lines of growth and growth catalysts focused on institutional clients.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities
Product Vision and Strategy
* Drive creation and adoption of new products through new idea discovery
* Define product vision and strategy
* Build detailed business cases
* Horizon scanning for emerging trends, new developments and disruptive technology
Product development
* Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and write user stories with story-level acceptance criteria.
* Maintain road maps, documenting requirements, executing proof of concepts, overseeing and managing implementations via vendors, IT and Operations, performance tracking and reporting.
* Collaborate with the other product teams on prioritisation and reuse of functionality.
Services
* Lead product delivery and adoption of new products with clients and internal stakeholders
* Define and guide strategic changes to standard operating models
* Define product definitions, sows and slas
Sales and relationship management support
* Interact with clients/prospects to understand client problems and client processes
* Play an active role in client pitches and conduct product demos
* Develop pricing strategy and support client proformas and pricing
Marketing
* Act as SME to enhance client relationships and attract new clients by participating and attend industry forum events
* Develop product marketing collateral
* Develop and implement sales and product marketing strategy
Qualifications
About you
To be a successful product manager you must be able to deal with constant change and a fast evolving market. You must be able to have a vision of where the Product is going and lead people towards it. Product managers must influence a broad range of stakeholders, from IT development teams to the C suite at our clients.
Education, Qualifications And Experience
* 7-10 years of product development, product management, client management
* Familiarity with asset management, Fund operations/accounting or capital markets would be an asset
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills – from product specifications, user journey mapping, user stories to JIRA tickets
* Experience working within agile environments
* Record of delivering business/technology reengineering initiatives
* Project management skills with attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task
* Computer skills (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn and hack new applications
