This person will lead HR initiatives and build a positive and inclusive workplace culture. As Head of People, you will play a crucial role in shaping their organisational structure, driving talent acquisition strategies, and developing programs to support employee engagement and professional growth.Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field• 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role• Proven experience in talent acquisition and retention• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Strategic thinker with the ability to implement HR plans aligned with business goals• Experience in a fast-paced startup environmentResponsibilities• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations• Design compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent• Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a positive work environment• Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on HR-related matters• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and keep abreast of industry trends• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development
