On behalf of our airline client based at Dublin Airport, we are currently sourcing a Line Maintenance Production Planner to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will work in the aircraft maintenance department to support the maintenance of a fleet of aircraft.
The Line Maintenance Production Planner reports to the Line Maintenance Manager and works alongside the duty Airworthiness Control Engineer in the Operations Control Centre.
The Role
* Review upcoming line schedule maintenance against relevant manuals to ensure required parts, consumables, expendables, tooling, and equipment are added to the work order and available before work begins.
* Ensure manual access is available (CMM, AMM, etc.) and notify CAMO if issues arise.
* Coordinate manpower, NDT requirements, borescope, etc., and communicate adjustments to planning.
* Review upcoming HILs against manual for spares stock.
* Issue orders to move stock to maintain station stock levels.
* Ensure items required for HIL support are at the base.
* Monitor parts alerts for consumables stock and adjust stock levels, notifying materials for replenishment.
* Monitor manpower and man-hours to ensure sufficient resources for planned tasks.
Qualifications and Key Criteria
* Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
* Ability to interpret Aircraft Maintenance Manuals, Component Maintenance Manuals, and Structural Repair Manuals quickly.
* Proven analytical skills.
* Ability to work independently and make decisions.
* Proficiency in Office applications.
* Proficiency in AMOS is an advantage.
* Enthusiastic, flexible team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
* Eligible to live and work in the EU.
* Hold a current unrestricted worldwide passport.
* Able to pass airport security vetting, including a 5-year background check, or possess a current airside pass.
* Holder of an EASA / UK CAA Part 66 Licence.
