Regulatory Business Analyst
You will play a crucial role in understanding regulations impacting financial institutions and translating them into actionable requirements for stakeholders.
Leverage your expertise in banking business processes, stakeholder engagement, and change management to drive customer-centric solutions. Work closely with product owners to understand as-is business processes and develop customer-driven to-be processes.
Map customer experiences using tools like personas and customer journeys to drive digital transformation and simplification of customer journeys.
Support the business by documenting process models and identifying opportunities for improvement. Research and analysis skills are critical in gathering statistical data from business areas to support business cases for change.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform customer impact assessments and business impact assessments
* Engage with business users to understand problem statements and agree on scope of engagement
* Interview product owners to understand as-is business processes and develop customer-driven to-be processes
* Document process models and identify opportunities for improvement
