30 hours per week Competitive salary Our client is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to support a busy and dynamic front-of-house operation.
Based in South West Dublin, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a professional, welcoming environment and providing excellent service to visitors and staff alike.
You'll work as part of a close-knit on-site team, acting as the first point of contact for guests, managing day-to-day reception activity, and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
The Role: Greeting visitors and clients Managing incoming calls and directing queries Coordinating meeting room bookings Maintaining access control records and generating system reports Overseeing daily administrative tasks including post, couriers, and taxi bookings Supporting facilities with reporting maintenance needs or general building requirements Assisting with internal meetings, events, and general office coordination Providing administrative support to the wider team where required Ensuring the reception area remains tidy, organised, and presentable at all times The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in a reception, front-of-house, or customer-facing role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional and confident approach when managing multiple tasks Excellent spoken and written English Comfortable working with MS Office and general office IT systems What's on Offer: ??
