Job Overview
Join Britvic Ireland - Part of the Carlsberg Group as a Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes across our dynamic organization. In this role, you will manage end-to-end hiring processes, build strong partnerships with hiring managers, enhance candidate experiences, and support our employer branding initiatives. As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will play a vital role in ensuring we attract, select, and secure the best talent in the competitive Irish labor market while embodying our "Semper Ardens" (always burning) philosophy.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing to offer acceptance, including drafting compelling job advertisements, screening candidates, and conducting preliminary interviews
* Create an exceptional candidate experience through consistent, inclusive, and professional communication while serving as a brand ambassador for our organization
* Develop strategic partnerships with hiring managers to understand workforce plans, role requirements, and provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and recruitment strategy recommendations
* Build diverse talent pipelines using multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, with particular focus on hard-to-fill positions
* Ensure all recruitment processes comply with Irish employment legislation and GDPR while maintaining accurate records and reporting
* Contribute to employer branding activities, campaigns, and content while supporting early careers programs and talent events
Requirements
* 3+ years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency) within the Irish market with demonstrated success managing end-to-end hiring across multiple functions
* Strong sourcing capabilities and thorough understanding of current recruitment market trends and best practices
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels
* Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably SAP SuccessFactors) and recruitment technologies
* Knowledge of Irish employment law and GDPR regulations as they relate to recruitment processes
* Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results under pressure

Education/Qualifications
* Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field
* Minimum 3-5 years of recruitment experience in Ireland
* CIPD qualification or equivalent professional HR certification is advantageous but not essential
