A well-established Irish food manufacturer supplying the foodservice, retail and catering sectors across Ireland is hiring a Senior Key Account Manager to take ownership of key catering accounts and support the next phase of growth.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of key catering and foodservice accounts
Build strong relationships with buyers, operators and distributors
Develop new customers within the catering sector
Lead pricing, promotions and commercial negotiations
Deliver agreed promotions in partnership with distributors
Work closely with NPD, Quality, Operations and Customer Service teams
Support new product launches and customer-specific development
Maintain high standards of service, accuracy and follow-up
Use and help develop the Salesforce CRM system
Contribute to wider business and sales projects as part of the management team
About you
Proven experience managing key accounts within foodservice
Comfortable operating at multi-site or group account level
Strong commercial judgement with a focus on margin as well as volume
Organised, reliable and detail-focused
Confident building long-term customer relationships
Experience working with distributors is an advantage
