They will also be fluent in English, maintain high personal standards, and be willing to work within the Rooms Division department when needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Emailing guests prior to arrival to prepare personalized plans for their stay
* Communicating hotel information to guests regarding all services and offerings available
* Maintaining up-to-date information on hotel dining options, Spa facilities etc.
* Working closely with Reception Concierge Reservations third-party suppliers activity providers hotels marketing sales teams other departments
Main Skills Required:
