Orange Recruitment is currently seeking a dependable and motivated Exterior & Industrial Cleaning Technician to join our client's expanding operations team in Dublin. This is a varied, hands-on position involving specialist cleaning services across commercial, industrial, and public-facing environments. The role would suit someone who enjoys practical work, operating specialist equipment, and working across different locations while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Responsibilities: Carry out internal and external window cleaning, including elevated access work where required Perform pressure washing and surface cleaning on buildings, footpaths, industrial areas, and external structures Operate carpet and upholstery cleaning equipment to complete deep cleaning works Deliver specialist cleaning services across commercial and industrial client sites Safely use and maintain cleaning tools, machinery, and powered equipment Ensure all works are completed in line with Health & Safety procedures and site-specific requirements Work independently or collaboratively with team members to complete scheduled works efficiently Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring equipment is properly stored and maintained after use Identify and report any maintenance issues, hazards, or equipment faults encountered on-site Represent the company professionally while working on customer premises Requirements: Valid Safe Pass certification Previous experience in industrial cleaning, specialist cleaning, pressure washing, window cleaning, or similar practical roles Comfortable carrying out physically demanding work in indoor and outdoor environments Good attention to detail with a strong focus on quality standards Comfortable working at height; additional training can be provided if required Full clean driving licence would be an advantage Experience operating pressure washers, carpet cleaning systems, or other specialist cleaning equipment is desirable Additional certifications such as IPAF, MEWP, Manual Handling, or Working at Heights would be beneficial Strong work ethic with the ability to work reliably as part of a team or independently
