Responsibilities
* Plans and coordinates the day‑to‑day activities for golf services.
* Engages effectively with the Golf Committee and other members to identify opportunities to improve member experiences.
* Answers telephone and email enquiries regarding tee‑times and miscellaneous questions.
* Ensures member competitions and handicaps operate smoothly.
* Communicates with starters and rangers via phone or radio.
* Acts as the key contact for corporate golf day events and functions.
* Administers membership for both Golf Clubs, including functions, minutes, paperwork and annual dues.
* Assists with the management of online systems and The K Club App.
* Works closely with both Ladies & Gents Captains.
* Assists with club diaries and important event days.
* Receives Golf Reservation emails, inputs booking details and requirements.
* Handles day‑to‑day administration.
* Prepares Members Committee meetings and locations.
* Resolves guest and member complaints in a timely and professional manner.
