Process Development Leadership
Job Description:
In this role, you will lead the development and scale-up of manufacturing processes for biosynthetic and medical device products. This involves partnering closely with technical operations, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure robust, scalable, and compliant processes from early development through to commercial production.
Key Responsibilities:
* Pledge end-to-end process development lifecycle management for biosynthetic and medical device products
* Lay out process development strategies that ensure timely delivery while meeting performance requirements
* Craft designs of experiments (DOE) to evaluate critical process parameters' influence on product quality and yield
* Foster design-for-manufacturability initiatives across all stages of product life cycles
