Workers' Compensation ParalegalWe're looking for an experienced Worker Compensation Paralegal/Demand Writer to manage casework from start to finish, support attorneys in litigation, and serve as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Maintain organized case files, including legal documents, correspondence, and evidenceDraft legal documents such as complaints, motions, and discovery requestsSchedule and calendar QME/AME appointments using MerusCase SoftwareSend appointment notifications to clients, defence counsel, and medical teamsConduct reminder and educational calls to clients regarding evaluationsHandle administrative tasks: faxing, reviewing notices, and file organizationManage all phases of Workers' Compensation and Civil Litigation casesTrain and support onboarding of new hiresRequirements:Minimum 3+ years of relevant paralegal experienceStrong research, writing, and organizational skillsProficient in legal software and case management toolsEffective communicator with the ability to manage client relationshipsParalegal certificate or relevant degree requiredProficient in MerusCase software
