This company is looking to hire an ambitious and motivated individual, someone looking to join and progress their career.Responsibilities:Lead delivery of high-quality client service and proactively manage client needs.Oversee audit risk, conduct audit file reviews, and ensure compliance standards are met.Manage monthly and quarterly WIP reviews and support accurate billing.Support, mentor, and retain audit team members.Manage portfolio fees and collaborate with tax and bureau teams.Maintain strong technical standards and ensure attendance at audit CPD.Requirements:Qualified accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA or equivalent).Strong technical knowledge of audit standards and regulation.Proven experience managing audit engagements and teams.Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.Proactive, organised, and committed to continuous improvement.Comfortable with business development and networking activities.For a confidential discussion and more information on the role, please contactNiamh Cregg
