Duties Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to consistent high standards.
Maintain excellent hygiene and cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
Assist in the development and preparation of new menu items.
Ensure that food safety and allergen procedures are always followed.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and rotation of supplies.
Support and train junior kitchen staff when required.
Comply with all health, safety, and HACCP requirements.
Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Creativity and flair in food preparation and presentation.
Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
