About the Role
As a Clamping Enforcement Officer, you will be working outdoors and playing a crucial role in maintaining parking compliance across the Limerick Area.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Patrolling
car parks and enforcing parking restrictions.
Providing advice
to the public about clamping, fines, and parking regulations.
Ensuring public safety
by maintaining compliance with parking rules.
Delivering excellent customer service
, explaining the code of practice and educating the public on proper parking etiquette.
No two days will be the same in this customer-focused role, where you'll help keep car parks clean, safe, and compliant.
What You Need to Succeed
Full clean manual driving licence
(required to drive a company van).
Over 21 years of age
(to comply with insurance policy).
Excellent customer care skills
, with the ability to interact in a friendly and professional manner.
