Job Title: Healthcare Services Advisor
This is an exciting opportunity to provide expert medical care and advice to customers on all product ranges available in the Pharmacy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of category management and merchandising within the Pharmacy.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to use discretion when addressing customer queries and treating customer/patient information confidentially. Basic IT skills are also an advantage.
Requirements
* 1 year's experience in Pharmacy/Retail/Hospitality preferable
* Cashier experience advantageous
* Excellent organisational skills with proven ability to multi-task under pressure
* Able to work on own initiative as part of a team
