The Opportunity

Lead multiple agile teams, ensuring engineering excellence and clear ownership.
Partner closely with product, architecture, and business leaders to set priorities and shape roadmaps.
Build modern, scalable solutions that deliver measurable impact.
Champion best practices, technical standards, and a strong engineering culture.

Senior engineering leader with deep experience in modern full-stack delivery
Track record leading multiple engineering teams at scale
Strong technical background with a strategic mindset
Proven ability to work across architecture, product, and delivery
Experience driving modernisation and technical strategy
