Our client, a well-established legal firm based in Co. Kerry is seeking a full‑time Legal Secretary to join their growing team. This is a permanent, on‑site position offering an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a highly respected practice.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year’s experience working within a legal firm and will provide dedicated support to two solicitors.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive legal secretarial support to two solicitors
* Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate court dates
* Handle general administrative duties including typing, filing, photocopying, and answering calls
* Prepare court documents and briefs, maintaining accurate client files and records
* Liaise with counsel, clients, and legal professionals as required
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 1+ year’s experience as a Legal Secretary (essential)
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi‑task and prioritise effectively
* A proactive approach and ability to work on your own initiative
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, client‑focused manner
