Job Description
The Workshop Process Support role is responsible for assisting in the smooth operation of workshop activities by supporting process optimization, ensuring compliance by all to the process, being an ambassador and champion of correct process application always. This role will facilitate communication between teams driving process compliance. This role plays a key part in maintaining workflow efficiency and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
1. Complete 2nd stage job pack quality control, ensuring all completed jobs have full job packs submitted
2. Check technicians are clocked to correct jobs and raise issues when identified to ensure corrections made immediately
3. Create accurate and timely quotations for workshop jobs
4. Manage Invoice queries, seeking out the right information to satisfy an accurate and timely reply
5. Process all claim returns/queries for both bus & truck ensuring the process is rigidly applied and timeframes adhered to
6. Attend daily WIP meetings
7. Support CSR as required providing cover for holidays and absence
8. Be an ambassador always for the process, advising all of the process and correcting all deviations escalating repeat issues.
9. Participate in training and development programs as required by the Company
10. Undertake any other duties or activities as required

11. Strong technical understanding and awareness
12. Understanding workflows and business operations championing all employees to adhere to the process always
13. Review process and suggest process improvements that prevent blockages, delays and business issues
14. Interpreting data to identify inefficiencies or trends
15. Attention to Detail
16. Excellent administration ability
17. Excellent time management to complete tasks, follow up and close off queries
18. Ability to challenge people to steer them to comply with process
19. Ability to be steadfast on not wavering on the process

Salary €40k – €45k
Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm (1hr lunch)
